Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They were cold and not friendly enough. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
