Massage therapists are wonderful. I wasn't pleased that the office treated me extensively before they realized that my insurance wasn't going to cover anything. I guess you could say it's partly the insurance company to blame, partly this office. In the end, it was an absolute disservice to me. Having to pay long term for services that did me well for about a month, if that. Front office staff can be rude.
