My husband went in for a consultation, I believe back in December or January. He was told that we would receive 1,500.00 from our insurance. This was told to us by a person from Detroit who was their helping, I guess, get this office set up. He told us that he worked with
General Motors people before and they received $1,500.00. It is now September and we are still waiting. We went with Miracle Ear because of their reputation and we have had nothing but issues with these hearing aids ever since. It is quite a slap in the face when you have to pay over $5,000.00 and not get what was told to us and then have issues along with it. I would not recommend these hearing aid to anyone. They are too expensive and you don't get great service out of them. I really don't want to even click one star.

I believe I had an hearing test probably 10 or more years ago. I have repeatedly asked to have my name removed from their postal mailing list at the location near me and I called that location a few times and to requested that. They say they will, it's been several years and THEY DON'T REMOVE ME FROM THEIR MAILING LIST. This is really discouraging.

I am greatly disappointed in the Free hearing evaluation from Miracle Ear. When I phoned to make the appointment, from which I received a postcard in the mail-offering a free $20.00 Wal-Mart card, no where on the invited did they state that you would need someone to come with you. I have no husband or significant other and my son lives in Texas,
the Burlington, Ia representative kept on trying to have someone come with me, and I finally told her that this was not in the card and just to forget the appointment.
If you need someone to attend with you, you need to state that in your postcard.
I really wanted the hearing test because I know I have some issues with my hearing and also wanted the $20.00 Wal-Mart card that was to go with this offer.

I have been a Miracle Ear customer since the 90's, I'm on my 3rd set. This last pair were sent in for servicing (still under warranty). My complaint is that I cannot drive without aids and I sent them in on Friday and I have nothing to use to help me. I cannot believe that corporate office has not set up an emergency or support plan for people like me. I am looking into a next day shipping audio amp from Amazon but I am stunned that I have nobody to assist me. To make matters worse Miracle Ear (Winston Salem,N.C.) called their repair center (Atlanta) and was told that I would be charged $25.00 per ear piece to next day ship it, I agreed and they hadn't opened my aids up to repair them as of Wednesday at 3:00! At the very least the franchise should have something for me to drive home with since I am a loyal customer!

Received a post card in the mail of a free hearing exam at Miracle Ear on Summerhill Road in Texarkana Texas which lasted about two hours. the exam was with Mr. Marshall and Mr. L Lavigne. The end result was I could hear 80% but was not willing to purchase an aid. The card that was mailed to my address stated that I would receive a $100 Visa Card with five to seven days., well it has been over fourteen day an no card. I am turning 66 years old in August, feel no need at this time for an aid appreciated the test but the bottom line is where is my Visa Card? was this a get you into the office ad or was it one when they saw I was Black
no you will not be entitle to card. Will spread the word of false advertisement to the community.
