Liars. They tell you can try them for thirty days and the only fee if you return them is. $39 for shipping. Said this when I asked twice. In fact, Nathan and Ron in Portsmouth NH did not tell the truth. It was another $300 bucks. Yes it is written in tiny print at the bottom of the paperwork, but when I asked twice I expected them to be forthcoming. Nathan said, "I am sorry about this." When I asked if he was sorry enough to do something about it he said there was nothing he could do. He said he would have explained that additional $300 if he was there when we made the actual purchase. REALLY?? Why not just tell the truth up front. Slick and unreputable behavior.
Like to express how thankful and/or grateful I am to Gale and Cynthia of Miracle-Ear Buena Park, for their assuredly amiable proficiency. They took the time to explain and assist with my hearing/ear concerns. I really appreciate all of Gale and Cynthia’s hard work and their willingness to take that extra step, their prompt response was incredible. It was a pleasure to have had Gale and Cynthia assist; they’re the best, just wonderful. Thank you for having such a great team like Gale and Cynthia at Miracle-Ear Buena Park.
Went for my annual hearing checkup after the checkup the district manager made some changes to my hearing aids then showed me new technology ones which he tried to sell me for 6,000 dollars more my wife and i felt like we were buying time sharing he even did the urgency tactic if you don't buy this week they take away the two year no intrest i told him about the wire popping out of my ear that holds them in he adjusted it and within hours it kept popping out i went to the local office to have them adjusted the office was closed the sign on the door said 9:00 to 5:00 i went up the next morning and he wasn't there the girl at the desk told me he would be there at 1:30 and be there till 4:30 i called to make sure he was there and he had to leave they don"t keep regular hours they close when they want to this is very very bad business procedure I DON"T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY>
first of aud 2020 went to Springfield no mircle. I was tacked in to ordddddd ovrt ear hearing aids. I could not keep them on. Plus not real good when you has them on. Paid 2000,00 down and am making payments on 1800 I was getting a refund but like other reviews I have not received it so far this makes three menthes next my layer so they can go to court for my refund witch is their policy.
Got fitted paid my $1000 down took them home. My $ was out of my account already. Next day took them back. No better than the ones I already had. 25 days later still don't have my $$ back. Call every day to local office in Spokane Valley, WA. She says she'll call corporate and call me back....NOT. Looking for phone # for corporate. Damn!!
Sadly have had a horrible experience at Ridgdale office, so disappointed and I am out a lot of money due to very poor communication between the audiologist and me.
Worst product ever. Constant problems, adjustments, sending out for this or that. Always an excuse from attendants in the Brick, NJ office. There should be a lemon law, just like cars. Could have bought a better product for one forth the cost. Miracle Ear should be ashamed of themselves. Will not replace this inferior product, always an excuse or bandaid. Will definitely be seeking an avenue for assistance!
It will be two years ago this summer when I bought my new hearing aids from Miracle Ear. I was living in the desert and with yard work and walking I was shorting out the current pair with sweat. I asked for a water proof set. My old pair was still working but no trade in. Still I bought the new pair. A year later just before attending a Cher concert the hearing aids quit working. Took it in and it was just a lint build up in the battery section, However, I found out that the pair I had bough was a discontinued model and had been discontinued for a couple years. Seems the Lake Havasu Miracle Ear office had sold me a set that they did not mention was discontinued. This year, again at a concert celebrating a relatives birthday I misplaced the remote. Absolutely that is on me. I went into the local office and of course was again informed that it was a discontinued model and they would look for a replacement remote. Nothing for a week or so until I called back. they asked me in to try and use a more up to date remote but could not get the tech to sync. I then just asked them to order a new remote. That was 3 weeks before Christmas. they said it would take 4-5 days and they would call, or course no call. I called them after 10 days and yes it had arrived but it was the wrong remote. Now, this wrong remote was sitting in their office and no new remote had been ordered. So I get over Christmas with poor hearing and into the new year. No call even though when asked they said it was overnight express mail. My spouse had emergency surgery over new years and a few days later I called Miracle ear again. No remote. Day before yesterday I was in the area and walked in, no remote, but lots of sorry and excuses. I have already paid for this and I need the remote. If I could though Id sell the aids and all back to Miracle ear and go to a more honest and reputable company.
