my miracle ear hearing aides do not fit right i have had the company redo the shell twice since 2010 when i got them back in 2010 the store had to put material (glue) on them to try and get them to stop whistling and fit securely in my ear canal ......i have rubber tips at the end of both. the red side is fine the blue side has been glued on several times...imagine wearing aides 10 hrs plus a day with glue stuck on them to keep the tip on or to make them fit. every time i go for a cleaning i am told i need the new digital type ....right now i have 2 screws on each to adjust the sound ....i can set them to hear just great but they whistle. Please help I have had miracle ear devices since 1994 .....paid hundreds of dollars to have them sent back time and time again for repairs the last time in 2010 your company paid to have the shells replaced and insides changed out . in 2 years time one tip is so bad the glue they used is crumbling making it impossible to hear without whistling very loud I am a district manager for a top financial company it is terrible i cannot get anyone to understand this frustration....can anyone please call or email me with answers on why i am wearing glued/material filled aides in my ears? they material they used to keep them snug in my ears have very sharp edges that have caused scratches in my ears, try putting something in your ears everyday overtop inner ear scratches.....the district manager did agree to replace them in 2010 for free because of how bad they fit ...but I have the same issues again they don't fit the"material" used to correct the bad fit wears out then more "material" is placed on them.... I have had it....I am getting legal opinions on my next step.....5 yrs i have tried to let your reps con me on why they don't fit or why the whistling exists.....i have had hearing aides for 18 yrs now ...never have i had this problem until this last episode with building them up with "material" to make them fit ... the store reps says " they are not made to turn up that loud thats why they whistle but when they pack that "material" on them the snug fit will stop it or when I press my finger against them they stop.
