They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have been going there for years and highly recommend them. Super nice, super helpful, super kind!

just want to add to the first reviewer's comments. the doctors are great! it is the staff that detract from the entire visit. i have been there for 3 years and the front help comes and goes and there have been 2 "ladies" (receptionists) that have had me fuming the first 5 minutes i get there. when you get to the window you say, "hi, checking in with dr. so-and-so", right? well, the first thing out of there mouth is, "what's your co-pay?" no "hello", "how are you", gee your hair looks terrific..." they want your money and then you go wait 45 minutes (or longer) for your doctor. i normally argue their policy of paying up front, but one time i paid up front. i waited for nearly an hour and finally had to leave due to a prior commitment and had to reschedule. THEY were confused as to why i was leaving...? that was not the first or only time. i also agree that for what i pay ($125 - no insurance!) the waiting room could look a lot better than a gov't clinic. billing is a nightmare. there is only one person that knows how to run the program and if she isn't there, prepare to have to wait for a phone call (i normally have to call back in order to get that phone call) or ask twice for a billing statement because the rude person at the front TELLS you you owe X amount and you know you only owe Y amount. but she believes what the computer says over what you know to be fact. if you weren't crazy when you went in, the staff will make you feel like you are before you have your seat to await the great doctors.
