I like Doctor M. It is an Indian name and I cannot pronounce nor spell it, but he is the only Dr. with an M first name. However, I will NEVER GO BACK TO THESE PEOPLE. The waiting room feels like an overcrowded health clinic, you can hardly ever find a seat. One time I was waiting to see my Doc and they were playing "Gangland". The girls at the front desk are rude and inconsiderate. I have had numerous problems with them not faxing things I have needed urgently faxed, and they are not very "on the ball". They never answer the phone, and if you leave a message they do not return the call. You basically have to keep calling. I am a sane person, and I am not a mean person who would just write a bad review. Chances are, if you are seeing someone for mental health needs, you would need a kind, caring facility to seek treatment. This is not the place for you. I do not mean to sound like a mean person, but they are not very nice at all. I have signed numerous times giving them permission to release my medical records, and yet every time I ask them to fax something they say I have to come in and sign and do not have the ones I already signed!!! BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT GO THERE! There are so many other wonderful places to go. I feel bad for Dr. M because his front desk and filing staff do not give his expertise justice. I have since changed to a general practice doctor. I liked Dr. M, but his staff ruined me ever wanting to go back there. Dr. M is also very by the book, you will literally be there for 10 minutes and he will give you something. He is only there to give you meds. I am a good person with a good heart, but I don't want anyone going through what I have been through with these people. I had to go in to SIGN ANOTHER RELEASE and the girl had the window closed on me, opened up and looked up like "omg what?" and I was like I need to sign a waver, and she said then go over there and pointed to behind the counter then shut the window very hard..... She did not even know me! Every time I go in there, there is a different piece of work at the front desk.I basically lost it the other day. Either way, it only cost me 15 with my insurance to see him, but I am just going to see a regular doctor for 35. I will NEVER go back there again, and if you are in need of mental health assistance, I wouldn't go if I were you because you will leave feeling worse then when you got there.
