Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed in my recent experience with Absecon Vet and Dr Grossman. After having several procedures, checkups, and shots for my Yorkie, I felt I could trust their boarding facilities to take care of my dog. Big mistake. I wish they were just as eager to take care of my dog as they were to take my money. After his 10 day stay, my Yorkie came home 3 pounds lighter and had an eye infection. Although they claimed he ate all his food, I find it hard to believe that to be true and he lost 3 pounds. As for the eye infection, they did not even show enough care to clean the sleep out of his eyes before my husband picked him up. If that wasnt enough, Dr. Grossman, on a courtesy visit for his eye infection, rudely dismissed me as a patient. He should have bent over backwards to rectify the situation and make me happy and my dog in the same condition as he was before his stay at Absecon Vet.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Yes, they answered my call right away

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
