Lee Darch is an excellent vet! He has been our family pets' vet for 30 years. His knowledge and caring manner are unmatched. We proudly recommend him to all our friends and family.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was so happy to have gone to the appointment. It went even better than I hoped for! They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. The staff always treats me well. They make me feel like they're really glad I'm there.

Dr. Darch is a wonderful vet, and I too am glad that he didn't really retire after selling his Wake Forest clinic! He gives excellent, practical advice for keeping my pets healthy and happy, and he has helped me make the often-tough decisions about end-of-life issues for several pets over the last 23 years. I trust his judgement 100 percent; driving the few extra miles north to see him in Kittrell is worth a few extra minutes.
