I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very compassionate to my situation. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. Dr. Bostley saved my baby Chihuahua's life! He is very skilled and knowledgeable!

Their prices are fair and in line with other practices. They are ready to see me when I come in for my appointment. I never have a long wait to see the doctor. The staff knows what they're doing, and good about answering my questions. They are always prepared for my appointment. The vets and staff here are very nice and helpful. They center my animals care around what I would like, including my thoughts in planning for their care. I have recommended this vet to others. Dr. Bostley is absolutely great with my dog and with me as an individual. Dr Cousins and Shimansky have been wonderful with my 22 yr old cat.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. They really impress me with their work with Nuts for Mutts Rescue! They are very organized too and I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have helped me when my foster dog broke out in hives and she was trying to take her skin off! I was terrified that the dog would have trouble breathing. They walked me through what to do. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They really care about the dogs and are very appreciative of the animals. They seem genuinely happy to see them!
