Thank you everyone for the excellent care I received. A special thank you goes out to Sally, Maritza, Malik, Erica, Julieta, Isabel, Linnaeus, Deborah, James, Dana, Rosalinda, Sylvia, Art, Sandra, Tina, Wendi, Blanca, Judy, Marlene, Virginia, Xavier, house keepers and respiratory staff. I would like to especially thank the Physical Therapist because when I first arrived at Kindred, I could not even walk from the gurney to my bed. Everyday Norman PT and Linnaeus PT would work with me no matter how slow I was. That both made sure to prepare me physically to do the normal things I can do with my son (1) fall recovery (2) Ambulating in the hallway.
The next group I would like to thank is Respiratory Therapist that worked with me during the day and night. I would especially like to thank Steve and Peggy, because they both regularly came to check on me when they were not even assigned to me. They both made sure I was comfortable and that my oxygen needs were met, along with making sure I had everything I needed for the day.
I would also like to thank all my doctors for being so attentive during my stay and for always being on top of everything regarding my medical care.
I would like to thank the housekeeping team especially Richie, for always keeping my room SUPER clean.
Debra-Occupational therapist, really motivated me even when I could not go any more. She really prepared me to go home and care for myself and my son.
Ashley -Social Worker and Sabrina -Patient Relations, I would also like to to thank you two for helping me with everything during my stay and for making me feel comfortable going home. Ashley, thanks for working so hard with my insurance and making sure I had everything I needed to go home with my family.
Maria, my care giver from the first day she was assigned to me, she has been here for me daily and taking GREAT care of me. She was always comforting to me through my anxiety over being away from home, my son and family. She really cared how I was doing when she was assigned to me and went above and beyond the care of duty.
Last but not least, I and my family would like to thank everyone else for being there for me, when I could not do anything for myself.
Thank you all for getting me mY INDEPENDENCE back.

Everyone is so very nice with helping me whenever I needed anything thoughtout my day.
The staff has helped me improve my health so that I can go home, which I am looking forward to and being with my family.

Unit one Ruben, John, Modonna and Darcey they all the nurses made me feel very comfortable with their friendliness and great care they provided me during each room visit. Whenever I asked for pain medication the nurses are right there to make sure I had what I needed to get me through the day. The wound care team Rowena, Jenny, Catallino, Clarita, Krystyna and Jessica for the excellent wound care I am receiving. They are so nice and make me feel comfortable during my room treatments. The patient relations nurse thank you for making it happen- she made me feel like I am at home by going out of her way to hook up my play station in my room. Physical therapy Annie she is always very encouraging during her room visits by assisting me with my exercise. Dietary- I really like the food at Kindred Ontario that is sent to me during all my meals, especially when they granted my special requests on my meal.

My mother has been in and out of many nursing homes. She has Alzheimer's and it has been very difficult to deal with, but the staff here have been excellent and answer all my questions. Respiratory and nursing care departments ah e been fantastic.

My daughter was admitted here and needed special bed and positioning for her wounds. She needed to be repositioned all the time. The staff have been very patient and attentive to my suggestions as well and they followed it. Everyday when I came to see her she was positioned well and it was important to me. Keeping the pressure off it it healed. Her medications were given on time. The nurses are alert, responsive and I hardly had to ask. They impressed me with their knowledge and dedication. The temperature in the room especially as it related to her condition was kept as best as it can be.

Everyone is real nice. When we need them they are there to help my mother. The doctors and nurses do the best they can, if a family member is there they always answer concerns. They understand and care.

Whenever I ask a question the staff are very professional, and explain everything to me. I find everyone here at Kindred Ontario to be caring, and attentive to patients and families. When we walked in everyone was friendly, wished us, and introduced themselves. The hospital staff make us feel like family and this is the reason we have our brother here at Kindred Ontario. He has improved due to the excellent care given here. Cindy T.
