Seeing so many positive reviews and now I know why. The entire team from the doctors, nurses and techs have been fantastic. I didn't meet one person that had a bad attitude. I guess it might be a internal cultural thing that spread throughout the culture of the hospital. Overall the experience has been great and met some really caring people including my roommate. From a nurses perspective, I assume it's not an easy job but we as patients really appreciate what you do. We will never really understand how difficult your job is but can only image it tough. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to give a 5 Star to some key individuals who took care of me during my time at Kindred. These key individuals deserve to be highlighted because of their outstanding care and service. Lawanda who has gone above and beyond in her care not only for me but for my roommate. Not every time that you will see a nurse ask a patient if they want a warm cloth just to wash their face. To me that's a total sign of comfort and satisfaction not only for myself but for my roommate. She surely isn't afraid to do anything that needs to be done... Mia, who is my tech deserve some good Kudos as well. Some of the things that made her stand out is that she has the ability to follow up on her promises for example if anybody needed to shower she would always come back and not forgetting your request. She is also always on the ball as I see her pacing up and down the halls to assist other patients. She's a very friendly person and she's constantly smiling when coming to see me or my roommate. It's very important to have a good smile especially for patients who are not feeling so well.

Melody who originally wasn't assigned to me was assigned to me today. I've never seen her once complain or slack off in her duties. She was always very diligent in her task most importantly ensuring that I was okay through out the day. She had no fuss at all even when she was assigned to look after multiple patients.

Ebony who was my nurse during the evening shift when I first arrived was an outstanding nurse. She's just one of those kind of people that just by looking at her you can tell that she was on top of things including her task and ensuring that a patient felt the most comfort and best patient experience during their very first admission at the hospital. Thank you Ebony for making my very first impression of the hospital, comforting. And my final Kudos goes to Richard who was my nurs, he was very kind and followed up with tasks to be done. He also had a positive attitude with us which made it very comforting to know that you are around good people.

Thank you everybody for the great experience and the care that you provided. Apologies for those who I did not mention in the review however all of you have done an outstanding job.

Always a great stay. The nurses and doctors make it pleasant and the team here know me quite well because I have been there before. I don't think I would choose any other hospital other than kindred. As usual I always like to recommend kindred too many families any friends that are considering a hospital.

A five star that is well-deserved because of the nurses. If it wasn't for people such as them every hospital would be a nightmare. The nurses that they have working there have been very kind and caring. I haven't met one nurse that has provided me with bad care. Seems as if they all enjoy their jobs.

I was admited to Kindred Southwest at the begining of Sept., my stay here has been a great experience. Rehab and Pulmonary Rehab has been great. The nursing staff took great care of me and gave great bedside care. I dont have any favorites but I would like to give a special thanks to Ben who was the charge nurse. There is no place like home, but this facility did a excellent job making me feel comfortable. Thanks to the whole Team at Southwest!

It's my first time in kindred and I find that all of the services are excellent. Over the past two years I was at another hospital for around 14 months prior to coming to Kindred. Although I have been at Kindred for about a month I find that the overall care, service and staff have exceeded my expectations. Yidah was my first nurse when I came to Kindred. She was very professional and knowledgeable at what she does in wound care. If I had additional income I would surely hire her on a personal basis to look after me.

I have two other favorite nurses who are Mickey and Lawanda. Lawanda seems to know exactly what I want and need without even asking. When I'm running low on beverages she's always there to look after me. And when I need my medicine she's always there on time as well. Mickey is my other sunshine as she is always prompt. My wound care team who has been looking after me during my time at Kindred is one of the best.

Becky is one of my favorite nurses. She make sure that my pain level is kept at a moderate level. She knows exactely when I need my pain medication. Carry my other physical therapist instructor has been fantastic in getting me to perform various exercise techniques which I haven't done before with a lot of motivation. Romy is also another very good motivator from the physical therapy team. Robert is right on time when he comes to pick me up for the physical therapy treatment. Overall Kindred has been very good to me. Thank you Kindred.
