My husband was here as a patient in May 2009. He was a patient for about ten days and received wonderful care from all of the staff. In April, my aunt was admitted to Kindred Hospital and was a patient here until July. She was treated very well and the care was beyond excellent. My aunt was discharged home to CA, but she asked me to visit the staff at Kindred Hospital Sahara and thank them for taking such good care of her. She plans to visit here as soon as she can travel to Las Vegas. Thank you for everything. I am so grateful to everyone.

The nurses are well intentioned and provide very good care to me. My experience with therapy has been excellent - Strati, Millie, Josh, Dennis and Kirsten are all very good to me. The ICU Cathy and especially Roger who cuts my hair and trims my beard for me. There are more ICU Nurses are all wonderful. Housekeeping is always friendly to me. The staff has a very hard job but they really try hard to do the right things.

My wife is in ICU at Kindred Hospital Sahara and I want to thank the staff here for providing exceptional care to her. The nurses are extremely communicative and thorough with the care they provide. All the staff are compassionate, caring and gentle with her. I'm grateful for everyone here. Thank you. -Arnold

Staff was extremely attentive. They met all of my requests and fulfilled all of my expectations. Staff was kind, courteous and respectful at all times. Only one issue-dealing with a food request which was corrected by communicating with Ann Szymanski, Patient Representative and Phil Williams, kitchen manager. Based on my experience at Kindred Sahara, I would recommend this hospital without reservation. The rehabilitation staff-Kirsten, Strati, Millie, Dennis, and josh worked like a well oiled machine and as a result I made substantial gains in my therapy. All nursing staff amazing. Kudos to Angie, who stands out.

All of the staff that I was involved with were very attentive, accommodating, explained everything to me. I hope I never have to return to a hospital, but if I need hospital services, I will definitely come back to kindred hospital Sahara. Also, physical therapy and occupational therapy worked miracles with me. Thank you so much!!!

This is my second stay at Kindred Hospital Sahara at my own request. Through my entire first stay, I was treated extremely well and received excellent care. We all hear negative stories in our community about some hospitals, but Kindred Sahara employs caring, competent and friendly staff. The nurses, CNAs, wound care, infectious disease, maintain acne, housekeeping are second to none. On a personal note, Miss Ann Szymanski has been a source of comfort and companionship. She was open to my idea of creating a library for the patients and we've worked together to get that program up and running hopefully soon. Special thanks to Keisha CNA for braiding my hair, Kelli CNA for always going above and beyond, all rehab staff-strati, Millie, josh, and mr. d ( (Dennis) for always going above and beyond.

Soon I will be able to transfer to a skilled nursing facility and I have chosen to continue my care at Kindred STCC as I'm sure I'll receive excellent care there as well.

Thank you to all staff at Kindred Sahara.

I think this is a great hospital to recuperate in. All the nurses are great. My overall stay here has been great. I've had my ups and downs, but my nurses Maddie, kaitlyn, January, Charlie are my favorites. They understand what I'm going through and respond appropriately. Jeremy and Ailamae are amazing are also wonderful. The physicians are genuinely concerned about their patients and work hard to get their patients well. My suggestion is more choices for patients on liquid or soft diets. I also would suggest private rooms.

I've been a patient for quite a while and I've experienced excellent care from my doctor and the nursing staff. There are so many nurses to thank for giving awesome care, a few of them are Charlie, Maddie, Kaitlin, January and Jeremy. Dr Marcovitch is an excellent doctor.
