They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were motivating and pushed me to achieve my fitness goals. I felt like this trainer actually cares if you succeed or not.
