Attending Yoga with Sylvia has helped me tremendously. I am currently attending the gentle yoga class as I broke my kneecap in half several years ago and after several months, my knee is very improved along with balance and strength. Sylvia is awesome!

Sylvia is an extremely well trained yoga teacher. She speaks clearly with a calming (soothing) voice and her slow paced instructions are easy to follow.

I've been her student since several years and enjoy her meditation sessions; her well-attended classes are great for body and soul.

I am a 68 year old female and therefore I like her knowledge about osteoporosis and her teachings of how to get the most out of poses to strengthen ones bones and stay flexible. She is using a non-insuring principal.
