Kirsten is great, she really listens and gives thoughtful advice. She provides a comfortable atmosphere and really strives to understand your needs. Dont know what the other poster was talking about because i rarely see anyone in the waiting room.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
