The staff were very friendly, however the physician himself had no time for me or my dog! We had a 4:45PM appointment. Dr. didn't see us until 5:15PM. NEVER checked my dog, charged me $40 and told me I had to bring my dog back the next day for testing and be charged for hospitilization. Told me that he wanted to get home to his family and he "won't" do any testing at this hour. Why on earth was an appointment ever made is beyond me. The most unprofessional individual I have EVER seen in my professional dealings!
