Justice for Shane .

I recently had an adverse experience at this facility, hence I took to Facebook to write a review of my personal opinion. Much to my dismay, the vet himself commented back on my review, not only did he reply back in a very condescending, passive aggressive tone, he thought it necessary to provide me with the definition of estimate. That type of service is absolutely abysmal. I was shocked to get a response like that. He made excuses for the misleading information I was given from his office, and then took to talking about how he tries to be a good person with his family and values his time. My point of contention is that I was given misleading information, among several other things that I personally experienced that were not up to standards. As a customer, my time is valuable as well.  And I truly think that the facility should take ownership and be willing to  stand behind their word, as well as treat customers with respect and dignity. I truly implore you to check out their Facebook page and see the type of response that I received. It is shocking and disappointing to see a response like that from somebody who claims to be a professional. My experience was one of many at that office. There seems to be some serious issues there, to which I feel need to be appropriately addressed. I'm glad to hear that one aspect of my feedback was taken into consideration, regarding the experience I had when my dog was sedated. I wasn't given appropriate discharge instructions, nor told what to expect or any type of pertinent information. I had to call back and obtain that information because the office was simply too busy to provide that time to go over important things with me. However, I do not appreciate being talked down to and patronized in the manner that he did on public forum. The fact that he felt it necessary to provide a definition was absolutely uncalled for. He argued like a child, just absolutely childish and embarrassing... reprehensible mannerisms. No diplomacy at all.

My daughter took her 4 month old puppy there for a leg injury which turned out to be broken. They were supposed to send her records to a specialist but didn't do it until 3 days later. They didn't return phone calls, and finally my daughter got the name of the specialist from them and arranged things herself. The specialist, Dr Bookbinder, said it was a serious injury that needed fixing immediately, and that it was probably too late already. They attempted surgery but it was unsuccessful so now the dog's leg probably won't grow and may have to be amputated. My daughter called Dr Evan who said it wasn't his fault because he didn't know it needed to be fixed right away. He acted like the victim who was being wronged, and said he didn't arrange things sooner because he worked all week and didn't like to work every weekend. He refused to return her money even though my daughter told him he was grossly negligent. As a nurse, I find this appalling. If he wasn't going to take care of setting up for her to see a specialist then he should have told her to go someplace else. There was never an apology for his negligence, just an arrogant attitude that it wasn't his fault.

Just took my king Charles there and were told we needed an appointment and his records in order to see him. Since we didn't have an appointment or records they wouldn't see him They weren't busy no one else was there. So the dog will be in discomfort for another day until i can get him into my vet.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are kind and compassionate and clearly love animals. They always go above and beyond. The doctors and staff are all top-notch.
