They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. My cat was very sick and they helped nurse her to her curious self. We are so grateful.

I took my 10 year old dog to 2 other vets, with no sucess. They just didn't listen. I took one last chance with this vet, and he listened. I suspected my dog had a disease, and he ran the bloodwork. I went from a dog that I was sure I had to put down, to a happy little guy who is much better. It's only been a month and a half, and what a difference. Thanks for giving my son back.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. We took our animal in for a procedure, she did well through the surgery but had complications after and fell into cardiac arrest. They performed CPR but if we allowed her to live she would have been brain dead. They still charged us for the service $95 but not for the vet's time. We paid $95 for a dead animal. The vet was kind enough to provide us with some relief that a necropsy showed she had an enlarged heart and were told they had a picture of it for us to see. (I'm a science student so I did want to see it) When we asked for the picture we were told that it would be mailed to us because the picture was on one of the technicians cell phones. First, If you are working with animals you should NOT have your cell phone on you and should be caring for the animals. We still have not received this picture and it has been about 3 weeks. Then we received in the mail, a clay mold of her paw print. It was an extremely nice gesture but it seemed as if they had extra clay laying around, pushed her pawprint, and sent it through the mail. The back is not nicely done and shows lack of care. I will NEVER EVER bring any of my pets back there!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and gave us appropriate time to determine the best course of action for our dog.

I couldn't have been happier with the services that I received at CNY. The veteraniarians actually care about your pets and it shows. They answered all of my questions and were extreamly patient with my dog that is not at all cooperative at the veterinary office. It was a "family" feeling as soon as I walked in. If you love your pet I would highly recommend them.
