I scheduled an appointment for my dog online. A couple days later received a confirmation email for my appointment. When I arrived, the office had no record of my appointment and would not be able to see my dog for another 5 days. When I showed them the confirmation email and asked to see the Vet, I was sent who must have been a new Vet because they were not one of the doctors pictured on the website. This "Vet" refused to acknowledge and issue, do anything to make it right, and was very apathetic about the whole situation. I can only hope the animals are not treated the same way I was.
