Our baby is still there and will still be there for a few days. But they were very helpful, gave us several options, and best of all they took her right away.
Visited with Dr. Kim so she could treat my kittens eyes. The visit the whole staff was caring and explained everything. My kitty going to need a little nip/tuck to fix his eyes but I know he’ll be in good hands.
I unfortunately learned the hard way that if your pet has a specific medical issue, you MUST go to a specialist. That being said, my second time with a pet with issues, I immediately went in search of a specialist at the Long Island Verterinary Specialists in Plainview. It was totally the best decision made. They were so nice, from the moment I walked in...and that makes a real difference, both to the pet and to the owner!!!! Them we met with the specialist, who spent time talking to me about the issues and her objectives...I did not feel rushed, and I left knowing that I made the right decisions.
The staff have all been wonderful. The techs are skilled and caring. Dr. Sapienza is fabulous as is his staff. They took excellent care of my cat and me. They are patient, answer questions and caring. Thank you!
Dr Tumolty was extremely professional & possesses a wealth of knowledge pertaining to cats. He has taken exceptional care of my sick cat while critical & now as a follow up patient. Kudos to him & his team of residents!
