This place is just wonderful . The care they provide every animal that walks thru their door is just amazing. This was my first visit with my new dog but I had previously made multiple visits to LIVS with my other dog. In all my visits here I have never left disappointed.
True professionals... The Doctors are the best in the tri state area... The level of care that my dog has received has been truly outstanding. I am so grateful ....
My Baby was in so much pain when we got her there on arhotmaia surgery ASAP. The surgery was successful. She had to stay 4 days there and then another week for rehabilitation. Now it’s about 4 and a halve month after the surgery and Baby is doing great. Soon we can celebrate our Shih Tsu’s fourth birthday. We’re very grateful to everybody who helped to get Baby back to normal. Thank you
I had a bad and good experience. I brought my dog to the hospital on a Saturday because he wasn’t eating. Now my dog is 14 , has severe arthritis and not a great stomach. So she did an emergency sonogram and called me back to the hospital saying that his gallbladder is extremely inflamed and close to rupturing and the course of action is basically a 7k surgery. She even offered to keep him there for monitoring. We decided to have a real sonogram done on Monday (more thorough ) So after much back and forth and tears with my husband because we don’t think he would survive the surgery we said let’s wait until the sonogram on Monday. So now the good part of the review
We went back on Monday for the full sonogram and to make a long story short the results showed his gallbladder being fine a little descended and absolutely no need for surgery, he did have thickening of the stomach and a couple of polyps but he had that in January also so we knew that already. So This lady was ready to cut our 14 year old dog open and she was wrong also from the minute I walked in the door I just didn’t like her she was very wishy-washy couldn’t give us a straight answer she couldn’t even say the word cancer without whispering it I even asked for a different doctor. The doctor on Monday didn’t understand why she didn’t even send us home with anti-nausea medicine on Saturday.
Overall though I have all good experiences there just one bad doctor.
It’s alwsys good to visit LIVS. They take very good care of Ru, my dog. Whatever medical problem we have it is always dealt with quickly and well. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.
I brought my dog in through emergency and he had emergency surgery withon hours of my arrival. His surgeon, Dr. Morgan and his staff, plus the follow up surgeon, Dr. Barbara and his staff all exceeded my expectations. They were thorough and made me feel so at ease while my baby was in their care. Each conversation daily was with one of the surgeons and they were kind and explained every step of his care while he was at LIVS. I would not trust any other facility to treat my dogs in a time of need. Thank you Dr Morgan and Dr Barbara and all the other staff that helped tend to my Boy.
