She is quick to throw 12 Step Programs in your face, whether you need them or not. She believes that every problem is the result of an underlying, undiagnosed autism spectrum disorder. She is arrogant, condescending, sanctimonious and hypocritical. Finally she has absolutely no respect for boundaries. She regularly pushed for my family members to join in our sessions. Each new time was more agonizing than the last, as she encouraged discussing me in the third person, while I was sitting right in the room. She applied coercion and guilt tactics to convince me that each new "family session" would be different and better. It was always worse. Because it was all grounded in her own need to execute power and superiority. In the last year as her patient, I left more and more sessions feeling that I had just been attacked. The list of reasons I fired her require more space than I have available to me here. Employ this woman at your own risk. She will pout and scold until her patient sees the world her way and does what she wants with joy. Know that she will ultimately label you an autistic addict with a head that begs to be filled with Freudian nightmares. I should have fired this woman at least 2 years before I did. You've been warned.

I left with more problems than I went in with, to be honest. I was unsatisfied with the services and the way this psychologist avoided my desire for answers. She answered hardly any of my questions, leaving me confused and frustrated at the end of our session. She kept putting me off when I asked for her opinion of my diagnosis. I'm pretty angry. I didn't get anything useful out of my appointment with this provider. She feels superior and often says she's the best. That's a turn off. I would not expose my friends to this excuse for therapy.

I had a poor experience with Kathleen Reilly. She was often late for appointments and missed one completely. When I was saddened by the suicide death of a a student in the school where I work, she tried to negate my feelings by telling me that there are suicides all the time at the university. She was critical of what she referred to as my "boring" job. She didn't read notes because she didn't remember what I had talked about the week before. She often told me what I was thinking and feeling, even though she was wrong. I have a strong sense that she is looking for clients she can keep just unwell enough to string along as steady, paying customers for years. I won't return to therapy because of Kathleen Reilly.

Dr. Reilly could use some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. She doesn't answer questions over the phone, and most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. She answers my questions with riddles. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. This doctor compliments herself constantly. Not a great listener, always looks at the clock!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
