Candy coated poison! North Brookfield's dirty little secret. She lies exaggerates, scares vulnerable people into thinking that they have serious problems, and that they need to keep coming back to her for monitoring and treatment. She holds people's medication hostage, so that they have to go back to her before they can refill their prescription. Because of all of this, people's Real problems may be overlooked or not treated correctly. A lot of these people are poor, can't drive somewhere else, maybe old and vulnerable. The office is warm and friendly but is a trap for Wendy Sergeant to abuse the system and pad her account. She has a degree in Psychology, so knows how to manipulate these people who are just trying to stay alive and well. Maybe she has her own mental problems that cause her to want control and power over her patients, maybe she has a touch of Munchausen's Syndrome.

Please enter your review here. This provider is very good. I have a very good relationship with her. She go's out of her way to provide good service to all her patients. She also has a very excelent staff working for her.

Don't waste your time. She is great at misdiagnosing and going overboard! Blows everything out of proportion. If you have just a general cold/flu or sprained ankle then she is ok; but anything more complicated you better go somewhere else!!! After seeking out my own specialists they were surprised by her opinions and diagnoses. She put me on certain prescriptions (Seroquel XR), and told me "I HAVE TO TAKE IT BECAUSE I AM SOOOO MENTALLY SICK!" and wants me to move on to another doctor because now "I am too far gone" and "need to be hospitalized"! REALLY...she needs the help more then me!! BEWARE

I learned of this nurse practitioner through a local newspaper. Since she was local, I decided to give her a try.

She is ANYTHING but professional!! She is an arrogant individual with a one-track mind. I explained to her my situation, and all she just did was look over the information that was written down in my "intro packet" and made assumptions according to her "grad school knowledge". She's very good at misdiagnosing and giving unnecessary recommendations. I'm glad that I know my body well because I did not take her advice. She probably would have screwed me over!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
