They used to have a good dental hygienist, but changed. Too bad. The new hygienist is incompetent.

Needs to listen more closely instead of interrupting patients. The staff is poor and the hygienist is new-the old one was great.

Kind, friendly and understanding. Gentle treatment and explains procedures thoroughly. Office staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend Dr. Poznyansky!!!!

The doctor seems to try to cut costs by outsourcing. His staff is often incompetent, including those who answer the phones and handle billing.
