I've been seeing a chiropractor for the past 14 years of my life due to scoliosis. This is not only the WORST chiropractic office I've ever been to, it's the most unprofessional place of business I've ever visited. I waited an hour and a half to see the man. They insisted I use treatments I was unfamiliar with or knew wouldn't be affective, and then the man had the audacity to leave the office in the middle of my appointment, without returning, and asking his secretary to reschedule me for the next day... Even though I was "supposedly" half way through my treatment!

I refused to pay or return to their office. I saw him once, but he barely said a word. I was astounded that a place like that existed. I beg you to NOT go to this man. He's a disgrace to the chiropractic practice, the field of medicine, and businesses everywhere.

I went to this chiropractor after being hurt in an auto accident. He was rude but the worst part is that I left his office before treatment was finished because he was hurting me worse than the injuries I sustained. He is verbally abusive to staff and patients and I heard him yelling at another patient on the phone trying to bully her into putting what insurance didn't pay onto her credit card. I had good results with chiropractic in the past so I kept going initially but this guy is only about the money. He did way more "treatment" than was necessary to get more money from my insurance. He is a jerk and has left me with more injuries that I will have to treat for the rest of my life. I hope he is stopped before he paralyzes someone, if he hasn't already.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. During my adjustments they did not pay much attention to my problem area. I would have liked if they focused more on the actual purpose of my visit.
Also because im here becasue of an accident, everything is being paid by the insurance doesnt help but ive never been so treated so rudly after calling twice in one day i was told by the Dr. him self that i was annoying because i called to make sure a fax has been received so i can get it to my insurance company for my missed wages (1 months worth). DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR , HE IS A COMPLETE ASS!

I was definitely stiff when I left. I wish they had been more gentle. They have never misdiagnosed me, but sometimes they seem confused. I feel like maybe they aren't sure what the source of my pain is. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
By far the most rude and uncaring office staff I have ever encountered. They act like it is an inconvenience to help the patient.
