Doctor McShane has helped me for immediate relief of my foot pain by injections in my feet. He is on time giving me a diagnosis of the issues concerning my feet and ankle, and he and his staff are very professional.

The issue I have is with CMH. I called to get appointment information. CMH can't find any information that Dr. McShane is in Bolivar on Wednesday. The problems with CMH is not with the doctors but with the staff and records. I have been in the care of CMH for 30 years. When I call CMH it is like I just step off of a spaceship from Mars. Most of the time these people answering the phone are clueless and unable to give me an answer my questions.
