This place has been so amazing. Everyone has been very kind and eager to help me. My wound is actually healing thanks to Andrea and Heather who are incredible in what they do with wound care. The doctors have also been genuinely kind. Before I came here, I was very very sick with sepsis. As I got better, I debated between going home and going to Kindred for wound care. A nurse at Mercy South told me I definitely should go to Kindred, that they have excellent wound care. So I did and I’m so glad I did. I would 100% recommend this hospital.

This place is so full of love and compassion and true caring. These people feel like family. They kept me motivated when I was ready to give up. They made me smile or laugh every day. They have done an amazing job taking care of me and bringing me back. They never were too busy to be kind to me. I would recommend this hospital in a split second.

I worried so much at the beginning about my husband and if he would get the right care here. I worried too much. This place has taken fantastic care of him. He has made so much progress here. Starting on the ventilator, barely responsive, to now, off the ventilator, no more trach, alert and understanding what people say, and beginning to eat. The staff have not only taken excellent care of him, they have been so kind to him, and to me. I really appreciate everything everyone has done.

I have felt so cared about here. The staff just goes above and beyond to do things for you that they don’t HAVE to do. Nancy in Case Management went out of her way to help me be able to see my grandchildren because she knew I hadn’t seen them for such a long time. And she also helped me get some paperwork done so that someone could take care of my finances while I continue to recover from Covid. I have been through so much in the last few months. The staff here know that I lost my wife to Covid and they have helped pull me out of the fog I was in. I think I was in such shock that my mind was confused and I couldn’t stay in reality. But because of everyone here, now I am thinking clearly and beginning to accept that I need to go on with my life, for the sake of my grand babies. How can I ever thank everyone here who have rescued me. I would recommend this hospital tenfold.

I think it was meant to be that my daughter came here for the care she needed to recover from Covid. Other places didn’t work out to take her so even though this place was quite a ways from us, we said, lets do it. In less than two weeks, they got her need for oxygen down from very high to not at all, except a small amount occasionally after she walks. We are so impressed with the care she got here. They definitely know what they are doing. We really appreciate everyone here and we would most definitely recommend this hospital.

I heard this place was good and now that I’ve been here, I realize you ARE good. I wouldn’t have made it this far without you. I appreciate the time people take when they are in my room to help me with every little thing I need. All of the staff here have treated me well. I want to thank this hospital for helping me.

Exceptional care!! Everyone was extremely kind and considerate of my pain level. The nursing staff was excellent. And nurses assistants were extra nice and caring. Also, the rehabilitation staff was very kind and went out their way to accommodate my needs. Thank you, Matt for being considerate of of my pain. Not only did I receive excellent care here at Kindred, I made some real friends.

I want to thank Ms. Michelle, Ms. Tiffany, Ms Rayna, and Cecelia. Michelle overall due to her positivity, strong character, fast response, overall professionalism, and friendship. I usually have very rough stays at hospitals and been against long term care. This stint was the longest I’ve been in a facility and the staff have turned my feelings all away around. I consider them all friends. Thank you, everyone. You all did an amazing job taking care of me.

Oh, I have had an excellent experience here. Every single person has been so nice to me. The nurses are really thorough and make sure to take care of everything I need before they leave the room. I have had no problems. The rehab staff have also treated me well. It definitely took this team working together to get me from on a vent to where I am now, ready to go to rehab. Covid really did a number on me. Unless you’ve been through it, you don’t know what a battle it is to fight back. I needed help and I got it here. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

There are some amazing people who work here. Matt in Rehab was friendly and professional and really helped me with my legs. Keller in Case Management worked so hard for me and my wife trying to find a good facility for me to go to for rehab after my stay here. So many of the nursing staff are exceptional: Lucas, Rontez, Denny, BeeBe, Helene, Sue, Debbie, Ryna, Tiffany, and so many more. The nursing staff works really hard and they are very compassionate and caring. I know I was difficult sometimes, to say the least. I was in a lot of pain and not always very nice. They hung in there with me. I really appreciate the excellent care I received at Kindred.
