I would recommend this hospital because it is overall very good: the food, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. When you put your call light on, you don’t have to wait long for someone to come help you. I would like to thank my nurse Lisa; she is a very good nurse. And also, my CNA last night, Monica L.,was so kind; she knew I was in a lot of pain. She gave me a bath which eased my pain and helped me sleep. All of the nursing staff have been so nice and given me excellent care. I would definitely recommend Kindred Hospital St. Louis South.

I would recommend this hospital because they treat you with respect. They get you up right away and start working on getting you functioning again. They don’t waste time. The Respiratory Therapy staff are excellent. They were miracle workers and got me off the vent to the point of getting the trach out. The nurses are very nice and they know what they’re doing. When I got here, I was coming out of being sedated. I was delirious and scared. I couldn’t really move my body. The staff were kind and helped me feel safe. Gradually, I came back to myself, got off the vent, and even started walking! Thanks to the help of everyone at Kindred. Now I am going to a rehab program to get strong enough to finally go back home. The virus almost killed me. I very lucky I have had so many good people to help me come back to my life.

Professional staff across the board Techs, Nursing, Respiratory, Therapy and Precious from housekeeping. I can't forget Petrina and Stacy. Number 1 hospital for Long term acute.

The only thing I wish is they had better snacks, new tv's (the tv's are from the dinosaur ages) rooms are old and drab.

I just want to say thanks you to all the staff that took care of me at Kindred St. Anthony's. It was a rough start, but all my concerns were addressed and resolved with the help of everyone. The food was pretty good. Call light follow up needs some help. Petrine and Stacy were great. Thanks Mr. Shannon

I will have to say the therapy was excellent! You had some very professional nursing staff and some that needs work. Discharge team was great. Food was just ok sometimes you get what you ordered other times you didn't. Rooms could use some updating.

The care from the staff was awesome! Wound care staff Indria was great. Respiratory therapy Becky, Wade, Teresa and Michelle we very good. Brittany, Kati and Renee were great. I would highly recommend this place.

The care I received was outstanding everyone was very friendly and very accommodating. The building was older and the rooms were very cluttered with stuff. Housekeeping could have been better.

The experience was good. I will say most of the staff was good as well. The food was terrible I never got what I ordered. I want to say the most outstanding nurses were Beth, Melba, Mindy and Sherry. Stephanie from housekeeping was great and I don't want to forget Stacy she was the only one that could fix my tv and she brought chocolate ice cream to me every day. Thanks to all the staff that got me back home.
