What can I say about the Georgia Eye Physicians and Surgeons Group. They are FANTASTIC. From my first visit (consultation), testing, follow ups before my surgeries, and afterwards. Every single staff member have been great and helpful. They are fast to respond to your inquiries, listen to your issues, and requests. Dr. Segal and Nicolle are superb. I was very surprised when even the people at the hospital called me to check up on me after my surgeries. I would highly recommend this group of professional medical individuals to anyone who are having issues with their eyes.

Dr. Segal is thorough, answers all. Question s thoroughly and offers suggestions, not rushed. Additionally has a very pleasant personality and caring. Office staff is pleasant and helpful, particularly his surgical consultant Nicole is top notch. Would recommend him highly.

Everything went well, except the call to tell me what time my surgery was scheduled on March 22. I did not receive that call until 2 PM. The day before. My driver that had to stay at the clinic has requirements also. She works off of scheduled appointments as will, and it would have been nice to know the time line two days in advanced. Everything else was good. Sorry for the negative feed back but we found it to be very rood and inconsiderate.

Very pleased with the Pan Optic lens procedure. It was done efficiently by Dr Segal and his team. He is knowledgeable , professional and courteous doctor. His team is personal and caring.
