My experience has been beyond positive! I cannot say enough about how positive my entire experience has been with my cataract surgery and follow ups1 Dr. Segal and his staff are excellent in every sense of the owrd! Dr. Segal has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever been involved with!

Physicians and staff were excellent. Very satisfied with YAG outcome. I was surprised when as a new patient, I was charged my co-pay before even coming to the appointment. It seems you have lots of trouble with no-shows and that is why. That was the only part I did not like. Also, there was no offer to look up my co-pay so I paid the correct amount. I was told it was either $10 or $20, so they charged me $20. It turned out to be $10. Other than that - I will be back!

Dr. Segal was a pleasure to see. I had an eyelid procedure done in office and was quite nervous. He spoke kindly with me the entire time and kept me at ease. The procedure was quick and done with excellence. I would absolutely go back to see him if the issue happens again!
