I forced myself out tonight for a 27 minute run. It was hell. I ate very badly today - cooked breakfast, burger and chips, mince pie, chocolate - and it showed when I ran. The food was weighing me down. But I ploughed on. Feeling good now, although another late night!
Forty something guy looking to get fit and lose weight through martial arts and weight training. Also running a bit too now. Father of two boys, also enjoy cooking (making the weight problem worse) and photography.
