Is fasting a safe way to detox?

With the new found knowledge of my beloved scale, I've been trying to think of ways to detox my body and start on a fresh exercise plan. I will be partaking in Pilates and Yoga and going to the gym, but I think I need a quick jump start. Is fasting for a short period of time, a day or two a good idea. Does anyone know what the benefits to fasting are and is it safe?

Of course! But fasting is not for everyone. There are people that should not do fasting as detox like pregnant woman and lactating mothers, persons who had an operation and other cases alike.

I know the pictures on that site look intimidating but you won't see those results unless your body is in really bad shape. That takes years and years of eating heavy meats and processed foods. Don't let those pictures scare you away, this is really a great product!

I tried this product and really liked the results. After 4 weeks on the program you have more energy and want to eat less during the day. The first couple days can be tough and the drink is not very flavorful but by the end of the first week you will start to feel a difference. I highly recommend it. <url removed>
