The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were about every type of contact. They were able to answer all my questions. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I have been going to Dr. Douville ever since 1978 when I lived in Merrimack. I moved to Amherst 30 years ago and continue to go back to Ron because I trust him and know he has my best interest at heart. His staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Ron is the best!

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
