Dr. Douville is a professional and makes all of those chain eye care stores look like the amateurs they are. I wanted to try contacts and we put forth our best effort. After months of trying different brands, we came back to his original prediction - my eyes are too dry to deal with traditional contacts. But the moral here is that he stuck with me, and did not get frustrated at any point. His care and concern for my sight is readily apparent, and his staff is pleasant and helpful. He is always busy, which is no surprise. He is the utmost professional and deserves your business. He is accurate, timely and caring.
