I have been a patient of Dr. Sztern for many years and I will be leaving this year. Her husband/office manager over books patients to the point that you will be waiting in the reception for over an hour past your appointment time, sometimes. Then when you dare to ask why you haven't been called the office staff member is expectional rude and snarky stating, "that's the way it is." I don't feel that coming to the doctor should be a two to three hour process and being seen by the doctor was only 20 mins. Some of the office staff could use retraining and most of all of you value your time rethink becoming a patient here, they do not value your time at all.
