One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I have been with Dr. Sztern for many years and have referred several of my family and friends. When I make my appointments, its on a day that I have nothing else to do or after I get off from work. I am very pleased with my Doctor and her Staff.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
