I brought my daughter in to see the doctor. She has special needs and he was very good at handling her. I explained that she would not allow him to touch her at the first visit and he didn't...he just looked. He then prescribed her a cream that would numb the area for her next visit so she sould be able to let him work on her without feeling anything, which worked. He also told her things that she could do at home to help and giving her some of the "ownership" of her treatment has really helped. I really appreciate how much care he has given to her.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed. This place has a great desk staff. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here unless it was for acne treatment for a teen.. I'm didn't care for their treatment plan for me, being honest. I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart.
