I received professional service from this physician and his staff. My initial call was answered promptly and I was provided courteous responses to my questions about insurance and appointments. Upon arrival, the background medical forms were concise and relavant. I was politely taken to the exam room at the time of my appointment, 9:15 am and was seen by the physician at 9:30 am. He was warm and focused on my reason for the visit. His exam was thorough and my questions were answered fully. He did not offer any additional services nor push any agenda. I finished feeling confident and comfortable with my healthcare. Job well done. I recommend him and his practice.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
