Their office was quiet and peaceful though very busy. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I found the doctor a bit abrupt and the check up extremely brief.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Some of my questions were answered during the appointment, but not all. I still feel like I need to know more. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I wish they would have been a little more friendly. I didn't feel very welcome. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
