Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.
Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

This doctors office came highly recommended when I began looking for a pediatrician for my 6 month old daughter. I was very disappointed when I called to inquire about them accepting new patients to have a terrible experience. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She answered with hello- no introduction of the company or herself. I had to ask if it was Cape Center Pediatrics to ensure I had the correct number to which she responded... uh yeah. Seriously couldn't have been more unprofessional. After asking me my daughters age and about our current pediatrician she went to see if they were taking more patients and told me they were not. When I asked her if I could call back in a few weeks or if there was a waiting list I was rudely told no. Needless to say even if there had been an opening, my daughter wouldn't be going there!!!!

Yes, but its hard to find

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, they were immaculate!
