The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
When I call with a question I actually get to speak with the doctor. This is just her practice, so you don't have to go through rotation with other doctors. I love this pediatrition and her staff. I couldn't be happier

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr. S has been my son's pediatrician from birth. She helped me immensely when he was found to have a thyroid problem and referred me to an excellent endocrinologist. She never rushed me or made me feel like my questions and concerns weren't important. At every appointment, she remembers my son without a chart or record and asks follow up questions regarding previous appointments (even if they were 6 months ago). Even the receptionists remember me when I call, and I have THE most common last name in the country (Smith!). My son is now almost 2 and the military just moved us. We're going to miss Cape Center Pediatrics and the wonderful staff!
