Hate them! I had to wait weeks to get my daughter an appt. They were impersonal & the doctor didn't even look her over, like her eyes & throat & what not. It may not seem important but I thought it was lazy. The place was not child oriented, just very plain. Also the desk people were very rude & impatient. I was trying to schedule her next appt for a day when my husband could go, but the women just kept sighing & rolling her eyes & refused to cooperate. THEN on the day that I was supposed to bring her back, the called me SIXTEEN times before finally leaving a voicemail saying they were cancelling her appt. That they were taking additional time off for the holidays. I'm pretty sure January 2nd is not a holiday. Had to reschedule my daughter's appt for 3 weeks later. Very unprofessional & I've already started my search for her new ped.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
