They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

The lady at the front desk very rudely asked my daughter to leave the premises and terminated the patient/doctor relationship because my daughter sought a second opinion - which I thought to be common amongst the medical practice- concerning my grandchild's health. The representative told my daughter that by her seeking another opinion my daughter did not trust them. The worst result was that my grandchild was refused treatment/routine shots. They were refused a reference and told to leave. My daughter asked what she could do and this practice did not CARE enough about the infant to assist this new mother.
