Dr. Malcolm was rude and unfriendly. He treated me and my child like we are idiots. Will be looking for a different group that provides better service. Also, the office is kind of shabby.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I have been using this Pediatrician for 13 years. I have to call and ask that yjey mail my son's prescription for his ADHD medicine each month. Within the past year I have had my son's prescription requested 12 times. Only 4 of the times was it mailed without me calling the office a week later because it was still sitting at the front desk. I am FED UP!!!!!

Dr. Padilla has been all of our kids pediatrician for some time now. He is VERY knowledgeable, thorough and does not just rush through the patients. Has always been our favorite (and usually only) doctor for our children. Most of the staff there has come to know us through the years and always seem to do everything they can to get us in and help in any way they can. The nurses are excellent as well. Highly recommend this office for pediatric care.
