There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
