They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. The office was easy enough to find. I waited 4 hours before I even saw a doctor. The staff were laughing and cut up with each other.
I could other people open the door to there room and ask why it was taking so long. This is supposed to be a place were you can be in and out in a timely manner. I could have gone to the ER and could have seen a doctor just as fast. I'm a business owner and to run a place of business without enough staff is unheard of. Especially during flu and cold season.

My granddaughter came into the pell city office was diagnosed with mono .she was given a excuse for college for just 2 days.She is going to have a hard time because they would not give her another excuse when she came in today.As you and everyone know mono does not go away in 2 days and heals itself in 2 or 3 weeks.Her excuse should have covered any time she needed since you could not cure her condition.Otherwisenyou are just charging her to make yourself more money.You are a disgrace to your profession!
