They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They took their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I didn't have a bad experience.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. MAJOR issues with the correct coding to our insurance company. We have excellent insurance but kept getting bills because they could not or did not code it correctly. Would not recommend.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I asked if there was a physician there that accepted my insurance before I signed in. I was told the physician started accepting my insurance the week before. They billed my insurance incorrectly- out of network and I spoke with my insurance company and they told me American Family Care would have to submit a corrected claim. I relayed this information to American Family Care on more than one occasion. The had more than enough time to get it done, but did not and now they have sent my account to collections for their mistake. My family no longer uses them.
