Drew Loizeaux is corrupt as they come! He thrived on our family's circumstance and created far more tension than there was prior to his involvement. He charged an arm and a leg and provided NO recommendations of his own. He completely fell apart on the stand and sounded like a whiney middle schooler who knew he was of no use to anyone. He made inaccurate and false statements in his report and on the stand. Useless to anyone and even the Court acknowledged that his testimony and involvement were of little benefit. He is incompetent, power hungry, condescending and arrogant. I have no comprehension of how he is allowed to work with adults, let alone families with children. I am considering filing a board complaint and possibly filing a malpractice suit both based on what I believe to be competency and ethical standards violations.

BEWARE! Words cannot express my serious concern and disgust I have for this man as I have witnessed first hand his lack of professionalism, unethical bias, narcissism, disregard for the seriousness of his work, and his idiotic approach as "Dr. know it all." Those of you who are either contemplating to use this man as a PRE, or are ordered by the court to use him, be advised, he is a total scumbag that will rack up the bill without proper documentation, he will blame his secretary and his billing system for any errors, will play mind games with you, will make up his mind from the first visit you have with him yet he will go on billing you while asking the same questions. He will side with one party and will practically defecate on your side of the story. I have a 12 yr old daughter who has been sexually assaulted, has run away from her home, is suicidal, and is engaging in self destructive behavior, all this supported by reports from professionals and law enforcement agencies, and yet this butt hole laughs at you and these reports and believes that his view is the only truth. He dismissed all these incidents in my daughter's life while she has been in the custody of a man who is not her father. Furthermore, that man has a record of domestic violence, predatory behavior, assault and battery, promiscuous behavior as he was cheating on his wife while sleeping with others, and still, this skinny clown endorsed him as a saint! Moreover, he claims he uses his associates as part of his data gathering but he will not disclose their work or report. He will make you sit down and take a lengthy personality test (the MMPI-2) with over 500+ questions, a computer scores it and if he doesn't know what to do with the score or how to interpret it, he will submit his report anyway. He is now under investigation by DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies). After reading his reviews, I am appalled that he is still working as an alleged Psychologist. Even as he admits in court his lack of memory and diligence, that he is proven a liar through evidence, he will attempt to make anybody with a slight dislike for confrontation look weak and stupid. He will continue attempting to prove he is right and that you are either wrong or clueless. His creepy and idiotic smirk will make you think he is laughing at the fact that he has collected over $22K and the rest is business as usual. If anyone who reads this review has had the same experience, please report this man to DORA as this is the only way to bring him to justice.

Following up on this idiot's wrogdoings, his endorsement of the man whom he influenced the court to have custody of my child has once again engaged in a criminal act by brandishing a handgun as he was being served a summons by a private process server. In the process he ordered the two teenage females in his home to get down and take cover! Oddly enough, the court does not act accordingly and this so called doctor's deeds cotinue to impact people's lives.

Beware. He will bait you and use it against you. He asked me direct questions in front of my child so I answered to be transparent as possible and it was later used against me alleging I said bad things about the other parent in front of our child. He is a good stenographer loves drama and will charge you $20k for it. He dabbles with allegations does not fact check and will ultimately brings out so much innuendo, your family will never be the same. He does not look out for the best interest of the children. This should be addressed in the Colorado State House of Representatives and this process should be repealed.. Children in Colorado are not getting a fair shake because of this mandated PRE process. It eliminates due-process leaving your children's voice to be marginalized. The courts will NOT change his recommendation either. You will be stuck, he collect's his fees and your child and family will ultimately suffer. The system is rigged and he favors the person who has the most money. If you have seen the movie Anger Management, yup that will be you. He insights conflict wraps you in it and will use it against you. He will write a detailed and lengthy review to justify his mouth dropping cost for the evaluation. Expect for the recommendation to be a generic and toxic as possible, with no correlations/justifications to his report or findings and recommendation. And if you are smart, expect to be called out for "out smarting" or manipulating the psychological examination and /or process. He has an a psychological scenario for everything whether it is right or wrong. Stay away from this man if you love your family and children.

I believe Loizeaux must be French for "Lazy" as that is exactly the effort I received from him as a PRE assigned to my divorce. First let me start off by letting you know this is not a case of sour grapes. Yes Loizeaux made every effort to paint me as a terrible father in his report but fortunately, the judge was able to read between the lines, and award me the 50/50 custody I was seeking. What Loizeaux does is pick a side from the beginning and then tailor the rest of the process to support this. If both parents love and want to be with their kids and the kids in return, love and want to be with both parents then why does he have to pick a side? I'll tell you why. By taking a position with one side, he is attempting to ensure his livelihood remains intact. There is currently 50/50 mandatory custody legislation on the table in twenty states right now. What career has the most to lose if and when this passes? Exactly, the PRE's role will substantially be reduced and the $20,000 paydays will disappear.

The PRE process at best, is terribly flawed but unfortunately is the only avenue the Courts currently have. In essence, both spouses put on their best act for a PRE during an interview and observations with the kids. Each party also provides questionnaires filled out by respective friends and family members. What exactly does anyone think these references are going to say? Does anyone think this is really what this family looks like? It is nothing more than an audition. I believe a genuine PRE is truly going to focus the majority of his investigation focusing on and listening to the children, particularly three teenage boys to get the best idea of whether a parent is good or not. In my case all three boys stated they wanted to be with my at least half the time, but this didn't support Loizeaux's agenda so he stated in his report that they were not mature enough or had not had enough time to process this choice, etc.

My name is Will and I have three boys; ages 16, 13, and 12. At one point in the PRE report, Loizeaux refers to me as "Derrick" and having a daughter named "Addison". This section was obviously cut and pasted from another report and, in itself, should have been grounds for the judge to throw this report out. I wonder how many other portions of his report were boiler-plated? For $20K, I deserved a much more professional effort than this.

Second, Loizeaux initially set an itinerary to interview my three boys at the ex's home as well as mine. After interviewing the boys at her home, he decided he didn't need to talk to the boys at my place. Why? - Because I'm pretty sure he knew he would get different answers to his questions at my home and once again, this would not support his position.

Lastly, in his final report Loizeaux failed to include the completed questionnaires from any of my references. He first stated his office did not receive them, he then later admitted he had received them but inadvertently omitted them from his report.

My only reason for writing this is to hopefully grab the attention of other parents who are going through a divorce and are considering using Dr. Loizeaux as a PRE. Think twice before you dump your $20,000 in his pocket. I believe there are many other PRE's available who are much more professional, compassionate and truly act on the kids best interest, not their own.

Does not work in the interest of the child or the parents!, he on the side of the one who pays or wants their services. Billed 35 hours 10 was face to face, 25 was for report writing.

FYI has 350k business loan outstanding. SO use them pay if you want to help pay for it? How does a consulting business have large DEBTS? The GOAL OF THESE PEOPLE IS TO BILL!
