The day of the procedure was good but the days before that was not so good. I called and ask a question about the prep I was to use because it had instructions for a single day dose or a two day dose and I wanted to know which I was to use. I was told that I was to use the one on the sheet that was given to me at the office, the only problem was that what was given to me was not on the sheet. The person was somewhat rude is all I can say and if I had not already scheduled the procedure I would have went elsewhere. This person need to work on their people skills with the public, and if it happens again I will tell them off and leave and never come back. The doctor was great and I feel very comfortable with him.

Fast wait time, fast paperwork, doctor was really nice. Took his time with my son, asked a lot of questions and did not order a bunch of unnecessary tests! Very good experience!

It was all good except I could have used warm blankets in recovery. I woke up very cold.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. McGowan was sure to take his time with me and was very thorough. He wasn't quick to push a medicine or a test on me. That is very important because I do not like taking medications if I do not have to and I am a self pay patient so any way to save money is very helpful.

Dr McGowan is thorough and caring. He made sure I felt comfortable with everything he explained. The staff in his office and the surgery center were all very kind and efficient. Very happy with the care I received!!!
